Job Description : Dugar Automotive Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration. The role requires a proactive individual who can support business growth through effective people management. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process Maintain employee records and HR documentation Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination Support employee engagement and retention initiatives Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws Address employee queries and grievances Eligibility Criteria: Graduate in any discipline Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar HR role Salary: Annual CTC: ₹2.4 Lakhs per annum Preferred Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of HR practices and labor laws Proficiency in MS Office
