We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our efforts in growing the brand and driving the business forward in the FMCG industry. Position Overview: As the Marketing Manager at Green Earth Exim India Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, product promotion, and sales growth. You will bring your expertise in Branding, Product Promotion, and both ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities to lead initiatives that effectively communicate our brand’s values and reach target audiences. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to boost brand visibility and market share across multiple channels. Lead the execution of both ATL and BTL marketing activities, including TV, print, digital advertising, influencer marketing, in-store promotions, events, and more. Drive branding initiatives to establish a strong and consistent brand identity across all communication platforms. Plan and execute effective product promotion strategies that resonate with the target audience and achieve sales objectives. Oversee and manage marketing campaigns, ensuring high ROI and alignment with overall business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution of marketing strategies and successful product launches. Lead market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and business opportunities. Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and email marketing. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives using key metrics and make data-driven adjustments. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve maximum impact. Coordinate ATL/BTL events, trade shows, and product launches to create meaningful customer engagement and brand awareness. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders such as media agencies, vendors, and partners to strengthen marketing efforts. Eligibility Criteria: Graduate degree in any field (preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related areas). Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with expertise in Branding, Product Promotion, and executing ATL and BTL activities, preferably within the FMCG sector. Proven experience in managing and delivering successful marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional platforms. Strong understanding of brand management and the ability to build and maintain a brand’s identity. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to lead and motivate a team. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools. Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple marketing initiatives concurrently. What We Offer: Competitive salary with an annual CTC of ₹12 Lakhs.
