As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing mechanical aspects of construction projects, ensuring their successful completion. Responsibilities: Design and develop mechanical systems and components for construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for mechanical systems. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems into the overall construction process. Conduct inspections and quality control checks to ensure the proper installation and functioning of mechanical systems. Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical issues that may arise during construction. Stay updated on the latest advancements in mechanical engineering techniques and technologies to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness. Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and safety protocols. Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports and change orders. Collaborate with the project management team to identify and implement process improvements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer in the construction industry. In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and materials used in construction projects. Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant engineering tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Valid professional engineering license (preferred).
