Job Description : Job Title: Marketing Executive (Education Sector) Location: Malda, West Bengal Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team in the education sector. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our educational offerings and increasing brand awareness. Your primary focus will be on implementing marketing strategies to attract students and drive enrollment. Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our educational offerings and programs. Conduct market research to identify potential target audiences, competitors, and emerging trends in the education sector. Create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, print media, and events. Plan and organize promotional events, workshops, and seminars to showcase our educational institution and attract prospective students. Collaborate with the admissions team to develop marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, website content, and other promotional materials. Manage and update the institution's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, to engage with the target audience and increase brand visibility. Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance using relevant metrics and provide regular reports to the management team. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as schools, educational consultants, and local communities, to generate referrals and partnerships. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities for marketing initiatives. Assist in conducting market surveys and gathering feedback from students, parents, and other stakeholders to improve marketing strategies and offerings. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant postgraduate degree will be an added advantage. Proven work experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role in the education sector. Strong knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and channels relevant to the education industry. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, SEO, SEM, and email marketing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. Creativity and a keen eye for detail in designing marketing materials and campaigns. Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, track campaign performance, and derive actionable insights. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with the local education market and target audience in Malda, West Bengal, is highly desirable.
