As the Hotel Operation Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all hotel operations, maintaining exceptional service standards, and contributing to the overall success of the resort. Responsibilities: Operational Oversight: Manage and supervise daily hotel operations to ensure efficiency, quality service, and exceptional guest experiences. Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff members across various departments. Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and provide leadership and guidance to the team. Guest Satisfaction: Monitor guest feedback and reviews, taking necessary actions to address concerns promptly and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction. Financial Management: Assist in budgeting, cost control measures, and revenue management strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards. Inventory and Supplies: Oversee inventory management and ensure adequate supplies for smooth operations while minimizing waste and optimizing resources. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as housekeeping, front office, and F&B, to ensure seamless coordination and overall efficiency. Requirements: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 3+ years of proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, specifically as a Hotel Operation Manager. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing challenges. Proficient in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite. A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
