Job Description : Job Title: Tele Caller - Laptop Rental Subscription Sales Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated Tele Caller to join our sales team. The Tele Caller will be responsible for contacting prospective customers via phone, email, or text message and promoting our laptop rental subscription services. The successful candidate will be expected to achieve sales targets by effectively communicating the benefits of our rental services and persuading customers to purchase a subscription. Responsibilities: Contact potential customers via phone, email, or text message to promote our laptop rental subscription services. Explain the benefits of our rental services to customers and answer their questions about our products and services. Achieve sales targets by persuading customers to purchase a laptop rental subscription. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and to encourage them to renew their subscription. Collaborate with the sales team to develop new strategies for attracting and retaining customers. Participate in sales training and other professional development activities as required. Requirements: Proven experience as a Tele Caller or similar role in sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to persuade and influence customers to purchase a product or service. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or marketing is a plus.
