Job Description : Job Description – Business Analyst for Digital Mental Healthcare Clinic & Platform Location – Kolkata The role is for an efficient business analyst for a Digital Mental Health clinic & platform, who will work on multiple roles in coordinating with the tech team and to understand and project’s detailed business requirements for Patient and Practitioner Management processes on the Oaktree Platform. It is a Full Time Employment opportunity with statutory benefits, annual appraisal cycle, family health insurance and other industry standard benefits Responsibilities: Registration § Claims Customer Management- • Tech Customer calls/ demos to patients and practitioners regarding tech issues • Responding to customer requests and complaints regarding tech issues Business Analyst function • Detailed knowledge of product specifications, i.e., what exactly is required by our business from the development team, OC app function • Monitor & Ensure Timely Release schedule for new features, Assisting in Release and Change Management. • Communication with dev. Team and UI/UX Designer about issues in functionality of app and the release schedule running on time • Full knowledge of changes and enhancement requested by us and manage these with dev team • Review all Change Requests (CRs) and define Business/Functional Requirement • Documents (BRD/FRDs) and create tasks in DevOps tool for tech team to implement · • Provide updates about delays and issues with release to the leadership team · Responsible for test case documentation • Responsible for implementation of the bug fixes by liaising with the tech and business team 52 Frederick Road Edgbaston Birmingham B15 1HN Ph +44 1214391360 Oaktreeconnect.co.uk • Documentation of bug fixe Requirements: ● Bachelor’s Degree (education in Psychology will be an advantage) ● MBA or any other post graduate degree in Business ● Prior experience – preferably 3+ years working in any customer management or operations execution role in a reputed organization, working with International clients ● Prior experience with Healthcare BPS or administration a definite advantage ● Good communication skills in neutral English accent ● Multi-tasking & organizational skills ● Ability and willingness to quickly learn the Healthcare processes, patient management nuances of UK ● Understanding of confidentiality requirements, especially patient data ● Ability to understand policies and adhere to them ● Understand the SOP and adhere to procedures laid down for the program ● An individual with a high degree of integrity and excellent work ethics Need: Immediate About Oaktree Connect Oaktree Connect is a Birmingham-UK based Digital Mental Health Clinic and platform that brings together cutting-edge technology with mental health care to all, irrespective of age, culture, language, ability, income for UK residents.
