Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive at Heera Marble and Granites, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, developing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base in Kolkata. Responsibilities: Identify and prospect potential customers in the assigned territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and individual customers. Understand customer needs and requirements and recommend suitable products accordingly. Present product samples, catalogs, and pricing information to customers. Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical information to customers. Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations. Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers. Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors' activities. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to generate leads and promote the company's products. Maintain accurate sales records and prepare sales reports as required. Provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role. Knowledge of the marble and granite industry is preferred but not mandatory. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
