Job Description : Understand business requirements and perform business analysis. • Meet delivery timeline and estimates. • Achieving monthly & annual sales targets. • Develop a strategy and sales plan to create new sales revenue in line with targets • Development of future sales plans. • Sales funnel management. • Identify new accounts in the market & qualify leads into sales opportunities. • Monitor targeted cold calls to leads. Develop and work opportunities from initiation to closure. • Drive sales to meet and exceed assigned targets. • Building long-term, trusting relationships with customer. • Interaction with top management team. • Tracking and ensuring that the productivity parameters are met for all executives. • Analysis of current market conditions, competitor information & implementing marketing plans.
