Position Summary: The Accountant will play a critical role in maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting financial decision-making. This role is crucial to the smooth financial operation of our organization. Key Responsibilities: Financial Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company. Bookkeeping: Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure proper documentation. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage invoices, payments, and collections. Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies. Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with taxation and regulatory requirements. Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets. Audit Support: Prepare documents and assist in internal and external audits. Expense Tracking: Monitor and control expenses to optimize financial performance. Financial Analysis: Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience as an accountant, preferably in the hospitality industry. Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
