We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team and contribute to the successful execution of our construction projects. Job Responsibilities: Supervise and oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards. Plan and manage project schedules, resources, and budgets effectively to ensure timely completion within the allocated cost. Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any issues that may arise during construction. Conduct site visits regularly to monitor progress, quality of work, and compliance with building codes and regulations. Prepare and review project documentation, including drawings, reports, and progress updates. Implement best practices for cost optimization, quality control, and risk management throughout the construction process. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the construction team, resolving technical queries and offering solutions. Collaborate with the project manager to identify and address any challenges or obstacles to project completion. Qualifications and Experience: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Civil Engineer in a construction company. Proficiency in project management and construction software/tools. Sound knowledge of construction techniques, building materials, and relevant regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
