Designation : Back Office Executive

Job Description : SAFFOLLYA O SAMRIDDHI LLP is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support our day-to-day administrative and data management tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling documentation, maintaining records, and providing backend support to the team. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update company databases and records. Handle day-to-day data entry and document management. Assist with internal coordination and support front office when needed. Prepare reports and summaries as required by management. Perform general administrative duties. Eligibility Criteria: Education: Graduate in any discipline. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in back office or administrative roles preferred. Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Data Entry). Required Skills: Strong attention to detail. Good organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Basic knowledge of office equipment and procedures.
