About the role
NW Overseas Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and motivated Medical Representative to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, ensuring product awareness, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the company’s pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular market research and feedback collection to understand market trends and competitor activities.
- Organize and attend product presentations, promotional events, and meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, appointments, and customer interactions.
- Ensure timely reporting and adherence to company policies and compliance standards.

Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate in any stream (Science/Pharmacy preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
