We specialize in residential and commercial projects, offering end-to-end design and execution solutions. As we grow, we're looking for motivated professionals to join our on-site execution team. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Interior Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate with vendors and contractors, and ensure timely and quality execution of interior projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of interior work processes and a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage on-site interior work, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and labor teams for smooth workflow Ensure timely completion of tasks as per project deadlines Monitor materials and inventory at the site Maintain daily work logs and update project progress reports Handle minor troubleshooting and resolve site-level issues promptly Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards at the worksite Report directly to the Project Manager / Design Team Eligibility Criteria: Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (HS) Minimum 2 years of experience in interior site supervision or a similar role Sound knowledge of interior construction methods, materials, and finishing standards Ability to read and interpret design drawings Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
