Job Description : Job Description: B C Sen & Company Ltd. is seeking a skilled and organized Steno Secretary to provide high-level administrative support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling sensitive information, managing schedules, and performing stenographic tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a professional approach to communication and coordination. Key Responsibilities: Take and transcribe dictations accurately and efficiently. Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings. Handle correspondence, reports, and other confidential documents. Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and document management. Coordinate with various departments and support senior management as needed. Ensure all tasks are completed with a high level of accuracy and professionalism. Eligibility Criteria: Graduate in any discipline. Minimum of 2 years of experience in stenography. Proficient in shorthand and typing. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
