Ltd. is seeking a skilled Microbiologist to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. As a Microbiologist, you will be responsible for conducting microbiological testing, analyzing samples, and providing insights that contribute to our product development and quality assurance processes. Responsibilities: Perform microbiological analyses on various samples using standard laboratory techniques and methodologies. Maintain and operate laboratory equipment ensuring accuracy and efficiency in testing procedures. Record, interpret, and analyze data obtained from testing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established protocols. Prepare detailed reports outlining test results, findings, and recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality control measures. Contribute to the development and implementation of new testing procedures and protocols. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization within the laboratory environment. Skills and Qualifications: B.Sc/M.Sc in Microbiology or related field. Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in microbiology or a similar role. Strong knowledge of microbiological testing techniques and laboratory procedures. Proficiency in interpreting and analyzing data using various software applications. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in recording and analyzing test results. Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team. Good communication skills to present findings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Adherence to safety protocols and practices within a laboratory setting. Annual Compensation (CTC): 1.8 - 2.4 Lakhs per annum
