Designation : Back Office Executive

Job Description : We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Back Office Executive to join our team. As a Back Office Executive, you will be responsible for performing various administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth and efficient business operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses excellent communication skills, and is proficient in handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities: Handle and process various administrative tasks, including data entry, documentation, and record keeping. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer information, transactions, and interactions. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate with different departments to ensure the timely completion of tasks and projects. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and addressing concerns. Assist in managing inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and tracking. Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as managing invoices, receipts, and expenses. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support promotional activities, campaigns, and events. Conduct research and gather relevant information to support decision-making processes. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and adherence to established guidelines. Assist in streamlining and improving administrative processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Additional certification in Office Administration or a related field is a plus. Proven experience in a back office or administrative role is preferred. Proficient in using office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data entry, documentation, and record keeping. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges and changing priorities. Familiarity with basic bookkeeping principles and practices. Knowledge of CRM software or other customer management systems is a plus. Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools as required by the role.
