Job Description : Working in civil litigation and other legal proceedings, draw up legal documents, and manage or advise on legal transactions. Evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases. Examine legal data to determine advisability of defending or prosecuting lawsuit. Court Practices in Lower Civil Court, LRTT Court, Consumer Court and High Court etc. Deed documentation for Real Estate Projects, Sale Deed, Agreement, JV & POA, etc. Visit different office and department for collect permission from authority.
