Designation : Travel Desk Executive

Job Description : Responsibilities: Handle ticketing procedures for various modes of travel (air, rail, road) ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Assist clients in planning and organizing their travel itineraries. Coordinate with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and other relevant partners to secure bookings and resolve any issues that may arise. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, tariffs, and industry trends to provide informed assistance to clients. Manage operational tasks related to travel, including documentation, scheduling, and logistical support. Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing excellent customer service at all times. Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and enhance the overall efficiency of the travel desk. Maintain accurate records of bookings, transactions, and client interactions. Requirements: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution. 1+ years of relevant experience in ticketing and operational work within the travel industry. Proficiency in using computer reservation systems and travel software. Strong communication skills with fluency in English and any additional languages would be advantageous. Excellent organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Customer-centric approach with a proactive attitude to problem-solving. Knowledge of travel regulations and industry practices.
