We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Joka, Kolkata. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in civil engineering, with extensive experience in the real estate sector. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring their successful completion within budget and on schedule. Responsibilities: Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, as well as establishing timelines and budgetary requirements. Resource Management: Allocate resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, efficiently to meet project objectives. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors, providing guidance, motivation, and support throughout the project lifecycle. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project outcomes. Quality Control: Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with relevant regulations and building codes. Budget Management: Monitor project costs and expenses, track project financials, and ensure adherence to the approved budget. Communication: Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure a smooth flow of information and timely resolution of issues. Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor project progress, identify deviations from the plan, and take corrective actions as required to keep the project on track. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project reports, contracts, change orders, and other relevant records. Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the project execution. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A diploma in Civil Engineering with relevant experience will also be considered. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the real estate sector, specifically in project management roles. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project objectives. Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting. Sound understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and coordinate with diverse stakeholders. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and timely project delivery. Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Familiarity with relevant software tools and applications for project management is a plus.
