Designation : MIS Executive / Data Analyst
Job Description : Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented MIS Executive cum Data Analyst to join our team in Kolkata. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's operations by maintaining and analyzing data to drive informed business decisions. Key Responsibilities: Data Management: Collect, organize, and maintain data from various sources to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies to optimize data efficiency and quality. Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Create meaningful reports and visualizations to communicate data-driven recommendations to the management team. MIS Reporting: Generate regular MIS reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc reports as required by different departments. Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information to aid decision-making. Database Management: Maintain and update the organization's databases, ensuring data integrity and security. Identify and resolve data-related issues or discrepancies. Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement based on data analysis. Assist in implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Documentation: Document data-related processes and procedures to create a knowledge repository. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations. Training and Support: Provide training and support to colleagues on data-related tools and processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Statistics, etc.). Proven experience in data analysis and MIS reporting. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. Knowledge of data protection regulations and best practices is a plus.
