Job Description : Position Overview: Mangnolia Community Health Pvt Ltd is seeking dedicated and compassionate Male GNM Nurses to join our team in Bangalore. As a Fresher GNM Nurse, you will provide quality patient care and support to individuals within our community health organization. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have recently completed their General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) program and are eager to kickstart their nursing career. Responsibilities: Patient Care: Provide compassionate and competent nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. Assessments: Conduct initial patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history, and current condition, and accurately document findings. Medication Administration: Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and maintain accurate medication records. Treatment Planning: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized patient care plans and contribute to their implementation. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes. Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and the healthcare team, providing necessary education and support. Emergency Response: Respond efficiently and effectively in emergency situations, following established protocols and providing immediate care as needed. Infection Control: Adhere to infection control policies and procedures to maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff. Collaboration: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to optimize patient outcomes. Qualifications: Education: Completion of General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) program from a recognized institution. License: Valid state nursing license or registration. Skills: Strong clinical skills, including patient assessment, medication administration, and documentation. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Compassion: Genuine empathy and compassion for patients, with a dedication to providing exceptional patient-centered care. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to dynamic healthcare settings and work collaboratively as part of a team. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and adherence to protocols. Ethics: Uphold ethical standards and maintain patient confidentiality. Physical Stamina: Possess physical endurance to handle the demands of patient care, including standing for long periods and lifting/moving patients when required.
