Designation : Medical Representative
Job Description : LENUS MEDICARE & RESEARCH Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Medical Representative to promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, in-depth product knowledge, and at least 1 year of relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales. Key Responsibilities: Promote the company’s products to doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers. Regularly visit hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies to generate business. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the products and competitor offerings. Submit daily and weekly reports on field activity and performance. Participate in company meetings, product launches, and training programs. Eligibility Criteria: Minimum Graduate in any discipline. 1+ years of experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar pharmaceutical sales role. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (Bhubaneswar).
