We are currently looking for an experienced Miller to join our production team at our Bagnan facility. Job Description We are seeking a skilled and reliable Miller to operate and maintain milling machinery for our food processing plant. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the milling process, equipment operation, and quality control standards in food grain processing. Key Responsibilities: Operate milling machinery (rice/flour/pulses milling, etc.) as per standard procedures. Monitor the milling process to ensure product quality and efficiency. Perform regular checks and maintenance on machines. Adjust machine settings as needed to improve yield and product consistency. Follow safety and hygiene protocols as per industry standards. Maintain logs of production and report any machine faults or irregularities. Coordinate with supervisors and quality control teams for smooth operations. Requirements: Minimum education: Higher Secondary (HS) pass. At least 2 years of experience working as a Miller in a food processing or grain milling plant. Strong knowledge of milling equipment and processes. Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical issues. Physically fit and able to work in a plant/production environment. Team player with attention to detail and quality.
