Designation : Sales Executive

Job Description : Responsibilities: Find new business opportunities and potential customers within the designated territory. Contact potential customers to introduce and showcase company products or services, emphasizing their benefits and unique selling points. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring regular communication to understand their evolving needs and preferences. Negotiate prices and terms with customers to maximize sales profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty. Prepare and present sales contracts to customers, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly outlined and agreed upon. Keep track of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and closed deals, using CRM software or other designated tools. Collaborate with other team members, including sales managers and customer service representatives, to ensure seamless coordination and exceptional customer service. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Proven track record of success in sales, with 1 to 3 years of experience, preferably in the same industry or industrial sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with customers. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes for both the company and the customer. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Proficiency in MS Office suite and experience using CRM software or other sales management tools is a plus.
