Job Description : Ameya Infovision Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Financial Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data, providing insights, and contributing to strategic decision-making processes. Responsibilities: Analyze financial data, trends, and reports to provide insights and recommendations to senior management. Prepare financial models, forecasts, and projections to support decision-making processes. Conduct thorough research and analysis on economic trends, market conditions, and industry benchmarks. Assess the financial performance of the company and provide recommendations for improvement. Monitor and evaluate financial KPIs, identifying areas for cost reduction or revenue enhancement. Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant financial information and assist in budgeting processes. Prepare presentations and reports outlining financial results, trends, and recommendations. Assist in financial audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Master's in Commerce (M.Com), or MBA in Finance from a reputable institution. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably in the banking or non-banking financial sector (NBFC). Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting techniques. Sound knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards. Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Oracle, etc.). Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex financial information to stakeholders. Proven track record of attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Compensation: Annual Cost to Company (CTC): 6 Lakhs per annum
