Designation : Store Manager
Job Description : To ensure smooth flow of dispatch as per monthly set target in respect of arrangement of stock, timely dispatch, procurement arrangements, check dispactch plan with concern Sales Engineer, verify before dispatch receipt of pre-payments if any. Monitor and Execute of dispatch plan, dispatch clearance from concerns, follow-up for material, Timely delivery to customer end. Closely monitor and arrange dispatch of Scheduled Orders for various Customers by keeping Inventory level as per requests. Monitor dispatch of export order as per pending order is in hand receipt material from supplier, QC of items received till packing. Maintain Inventory levels and suggest flow of production in machine shop. To ensure Invetory is stacked as per system & update Bin information on Bin Cards & ERP System. Keep a close check periodically & monitor the BOM, Inward / Outward of Material is being processed through ERP, valuation of Inward Material, etc. Attend & solve customer complaints, establish process to reduce the same. Monitor Daily Production Report, discuss and suggest tips to increase productivity in machine shop. Check Preventive / Regular Maintenance Schedules. Timely renewal of AMC for Machine Shop. Implement cost Saving Measures for Logistics, packing, freight, Machine Shop, etc . Train and educated team members for increasing their efficiency in working flow to achieve the company goals & targets. Maintain and support a superior housekeeping schedule in Plant area. To have EMS & OHAS legal complaince knowledge To ensure that Emergency preparedness palns are implemnted in the organisation To ensure that fire fighting activities are taken care in the organization To be responsible for Environmental protection & implimentaion of Aspect Impact & HIRA To be responsible for all Applicable staturory & reglutaroy complaince implimentation.
