Job Location: Burra Bazar, Kolkata Annual CTC: 1.2 Lakhs per annum Eligibility: Graduate with Good Computer Knowledge Job Description: Hira Panna Collections Pvt Ltd., a leading retail establishment in the heart of Burra Bazar, Kolkata, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Back Office Executive. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with a strong understanding of back-office operations and possess excellent computer skills. Responsibilities: Data Entry and Management: Accurate and timely entry of data into the company's systems. Maintain and update databases, records, and files. Documentation: Prepare and manage documents, reports, and correspondence. Ensure all paperwork is organized and filed appropriately. Communication: Coordinate with other departments for information and updates. Respond to emails and inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of transactions and activities. Track and monitor inventory and stock levels. Computer Operations: Utilize computer software and tools for efficient back-office operations. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Assist in compliance-related tasks as required. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals. Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements. Qualifications: Graduation in any discipline. Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in work. Effective communication skills.
