Designation : Sales & Operation Executive

Job Role Summary We are seeking experienced and dynamic Sales & Operation Executives who will be responsible for handling sales leads, customer service, operations, and vendor management. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the travel industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close sales and manage operations independently. Key Responsibilities: Lead Management: Handle incoming travel leads (international & domestic) from various sources Follow up, qualify, and convert leads to bookings Sales & Quotations: Prepare and share competitive and customized travel quotations based on customer needs Negotiate and finalize travel itineraries with clients Customer Handling & Closure: Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle Ensure successful closure of leads with all required documentation Vendor Management: Identify, create, and maintain relationships with travel vendors, hotels, transport providers, and tour operators Negotiate rates and ensure service quality from vendors Operational Bookings: Coordinate and execute bookings (flights, hotels, transfers, activities, etc.) Ensure accurate records of customer particulars and payments CRM & Database Management: Maintain customer data, lead history, and feedback in the CRM system Use CRM tools for lead nurturing and post-sales communication Customer Service & Feedback: Act as the point of contact for pre- and post-travel customer queries Collect customer feedback to improve future service offerings Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 4 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations Proven experience in sales conversion and operations Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Hands-on experience with CRM systems Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet targets Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field preferred What We Offer: Competitive CTC: ₹3.6 Lakhs per annum Opportunity to grow with a dynamic and passionate team Exposure to both international and domestic markets Friendly work environment based in central Kolkata
