Job Description : Job Description: Affinity Global Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Environmental Health Safety (EHS) Auditor to join our team in Kolkata. The EHS Auditor will be responsible for evaluating and ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations and standards. This role is critical in promoting a safe and healthy work environment and minimizing the company's environmental footprint. Key Responsibilities: Auditing and Inspection: Conduct comprehensive audits and inspections of company facilities, operations, and processes to ensure compliance with EHS regulations and internal policies. Risk Assessment: Identify potential health, safety, and environmental hazards, and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks. Compliance Monitoring: Monitor compliance with local, state, and federal EHS regulations and standards, and keep abreast of any changes in these regulations. Reporting: Prepare detailed reports of audit findings, including non-compliance issues, risk assessments, and recommendations for improvements. Training and Education: Develop and deliver EHS training programs for employees to enhance awareness and adherence to safety practices and procedures. Incident Investigation: Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and develop preventive measures. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of audits, inspections, incident investigations, and compliance activities. Continuous Improvement: Work collaboratively with management and staff to implement and improve EHS programs and initiatives. Eligibility Criteria: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in EHS auditing or a related field. Skills: Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and standards. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using EHS management software and tools.
