Designation : Sales Engineer (Mechanical / Electrical)
Job Description : Techno-commercial field role responsible for driving regional sales, managing client relationships, and coordinating on-site project execution for industrial gas systems across West Bengal. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Business Development Identify and develop new customers (LPG/LNG stations, industrial clients, EPC contractors, OEMs) Promote vapourisers and engineered gas system solutions Conduct technical discussions and product presentations Generate enquiries and prepare techno-commercial proposals Follow up for order closure and achieve sales targets Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors 2. Project Coordination & Execution Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies Coordinate with Head Office for drawings and approvals Supervise installation and commissioning at site Ensure timely project completion and client satisfaction Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues 3. Reporting & Market Intelligence Submit regular sales and visit reports Track enquiries and sales pipeline Provide competitor analysis and market feedback Support payment follow-ups as per company policy Eligibility Criteria Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) 3–5 years of experience in industrial equipment sales/project coordination Experience in LPG/LNG/industrial gas sector preferred Knowledge of technical drawings and site execution Based in West Bengal with willingness to travel extensively Key Competencies Strong techno-commercial and negotiation skills Ability to manage regional operations independently Excellent communication and client handling skills Target-driven and execution-focused mindset
