Job Description : Raitani Group is seeking a dedicated Operation Executive to oversee day-to-day operations within our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between departments, timely execution of tasks, and adherence to company standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage and monitor daily operational activities for real estate projects. Coordinate with sales, site, and admin teams to ensure efficient workflow. Maintain project documentation and operational reports. Support management in planning and implementing process improvements. Ensure compliance with company policies and timelines. Eligibility: Graduate in any discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate Operations (mandatory). Strong organizational and communication skills.
