Designation : Academic Counsellor
Job Description : Provide academic counseling to students regarding courses, career paths, and educational opportunities. Assess students' interests, skills, and academic goals to guide them towards suitable programs. Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students and parents to address their concerns and queries. Assist students in understanding admission requirements and procedures for various educational institutions. Organize and conduct seminars, workshops, and orientation programs to promote educational awareness. Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student interactions. Collaborate with teachers and administrators to develop strategies for student success. Stay updated on educational trends, programs, and opportunities to provide relevant information to students. Additional Requirements: Excellent communication skills in English and local languages. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Empathetic and patient attitude towards students and parents. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
