Key Responsibilities: Generate and follow up on sales leads for residential properties Conduct property presentations and site visits Build and maintain strong client relationships Negotiate deals and close sales Meet monthly sales targets Maintain market knowledge and trends Eligibility Criteria: Graduate in any discipline Minimum 2+ years of experience in real estate sales (mandatory) Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills Proficiency in local languages is a plus
