Designation : Tele Academic Counsellor
Job Description : Techno India Group is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Tele Academic Counsellor to join our team in Kolkata. As a Tele Academic Counsellor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to prospective students, helping them make informed decisions about their academic and career goals within the Techno India Group. Key Responsibilities: Conducting outbound calls to prospective students who have shown interest in our educational programs. Providing detailed information about the courses, curriculum, admission procedures, and career prospects offered by Techno India Group. Assessing the needs and aspirations of prospective students and offering personalized guidance and advice to help them choose the right educational path. Addressing inquiries and concerns raised by prospective students in a professional and courteous manner. Following up with prospective students via phone calls and emails to maintain communication and nurture relationships. Collaborating with the admissions team to ensure seamless enrollment processes for prospective students. Keeping accurate records of all communications and interactions with prospective students in the CRM system. Participating in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on the latest developments in the field of education and counseling. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or related fields). Proven experience in tele-counseling, telemarketing, customer service, or a similar role will be an added advantage. Excellent communication skills with a pleasant and persuasive personality. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Good organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is desirable. A passion for education and a genuine interest in helping students achieve their academic and career goals. Fluency in English and proficiency in Bengali or other regional languages will be an added advantage.
