Job Description : SMARTGENLEARN LLP is a leading sports management company dedicated to promoting active lifestyles through engaging sports and fitness programs. We collaborate with schools, residential societies, and institutions to bring structured sports education and events to children and communities. We are expanding our footprint in Greater Kolkata and are currently hiring for the following role: Position Overview – Sales Executive (Schools & Residential Societies) As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, build partnerships, and drive program adoption in schools and residential societies. This is a field-based sales role that requires strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential clients – schools, residential societies, and institutions Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers (principals, society committees, etc.) Conduct meetings, presentations, and program demos Follow up on leads and close sales to meet monthly targets Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and program delivery Maintain records of interactions, leads, and sales in CRM or Excel Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales Preference for candidates with 2–5 years of experience in school/EdTech/sports sales Graduate in any discipline Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel locally within Kolkata Self-driven and target-oriented Compensation: Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month Incentives: Performance-based (attractive earning potential) Annual CTC Range: ₹3 – ₹4 Lakhs (including incentives)
