Designation : Senior Accountant
Job Description : Position Overview: DR Steel Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to oversee and manage the company’s accounting and taxation processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, compliance, and reporting, with the ability to work independently and lead accounting operations effectively. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and financial reconciliations. Prepare and finalize financial statements, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets. Handle all direct and indirect taxation matters, including GST, TDS, and income tax compliance. Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and budgets. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and maintain accurate financial records. Supervise and guide the junior accounting team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in their tasks. Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities as required. Eligibility Criteria: Education: M.Com / CMA / ICWA / CA (Inter). Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting and taxation. Skills: Proficient in accounting software such as Tally and ERP systems. Strong knowledge of taxation laws, including GST and TDS. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications. Compensation and Benefits: Annual CTC: ₹5 to ₹6 Lakhs per annum.
