Job Role: As a Senior Manager in the Real Estate division of GCJ Group, you will be responsible for the strategic development and execution of real estate projects. Your key responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the local real estate sector. Property Acquisition: Lead the acquisition of real estate properties, encompassing negotiation, due diligence, and legal aspects. Project Management: Oversee and manage real estate projects from inception through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of professionals, including project managers and sales executives. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders. Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards within the real estate sector. Financial Oversight: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and oversee financial reporting. Qualifications: A graduate degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role within the real estate industry. In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and industry dynamics. Exceptional negotiation and communication skills. Proven leadership experience and strong project management abilities. Familiarity with legal and compliance aspects related to real estate.
