Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Manager to join our team in Kolkata. As a Quality Manager at Purbasha Group, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and compliance requirements. You will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes across all stages of production, from raw materials to final packaging. Responsibilities: Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to maintain product quality and consistency. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, R&D, and procurement, to resolve quality-related issues. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality deviations. Train and supervise quality control staff to ensure they are proficient in quality assurance processes. Maintain records of quality tests, inspections, and audits. Continuously monitor and improve the quality management system. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality-related role within the food products industry. Strong knowledge of quality control standards and regulations. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and leadership abilities. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.
