Designation : General Manager - Accounts & Finance
Job Description : Key Responsibilities Lead overall Accounts & Finance function of the organization Set up and strengthen ERP/accounting systems, internal controls, and compliance frameworks Oversee vendor settlements, trade credit management, and distributor accounting Manage cash flow planning, working capital, and long-term financial forecasting Handle internal audits, risk management, and fraud prevention Supervise multi-store retail accounting, POS systems, and inventory reconciliation Provide financial insights to leadership and act as a strategic partner to the CEO Eligibility Criteria 10–15 years of experience in Accounts & Finance Experience in Retail, FMCG, or Consumer Goods industry preferred Strong exposure to systems implementation and financial controls Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA (Finance) preferred Ideal Candidate Profile Strong leadership and team management capabilities Strategic thinker with high financial acumen Detail-oriented with strong compliance and governance mindset
