We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Caller to join our team and help us continue to grow and provide excellent service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients, offering financial products and services.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to clients.
• Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product-related information.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients and prospects in the CRM system.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and sales objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Follow up with leads and clients regularly to convert potential inquiries into successful sales.
• Update and maintain client data to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
• Provide feedback on customer interactions to help improve products and services.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduate (Any stream)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Tele Caller in the financial sector.
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Good knowledge of financial products and services (preferred).
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Personality Traits:
  • Strong work ethic with a customer-centric approach.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to handle objections and work under pressure.
