As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations and ensuring that our organization attracts, develops, and retains high-quality talent. You will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and values. Responsibilities: Recruitment and Selection: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates. Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Conduct reference checks and negotiate employment offers. Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including completing documentation and conducting orientation sessions. Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time. Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify areas of improvement. Employee Relations: Promote a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns and conflicts. Mediate and resolve employee relations issues in a fair and timely manner. Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Foster employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and feedback processes. Assist managers in providing constructive feedback and coaching to employees. Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs. HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave records. Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, leaves, and other statutory compliances. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. HR Reporting and Analysis: Generate HR reports and metrics to measure key HR performance indicators. Analyze data to identify trends and recommend strategies for improvement. Provide regular updates and reports to management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (preferred). Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role. Sound knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Proficient in MS Office applications.
