Designation : Sales Manager – Retail
Job Description : Greet and receive customers in a welcoming way. Appropriately guide customers in selection of products based on choice and needs. In a way, he / she should be able to drive sales of the store. Handle customer queries in a satisfactory manner. Responsible for the entire management of retail store – stock checking, total sales, cash handling, visual merchandising, etc. Maintain a customer feedback mechanism for repeat orders. Develop a longstanding relation with customers by calling them on latest offerings. Achieve sales target in alignment with company objectives and goals. Academic Qualification: Candidate must be a graduate in any stream. Work experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience into retail sales from any industry. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
