We are currently seeking a dedicated Resort Manager to oversee the operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Position Summary: As a Resort Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient and smooth operation of our resort on Mousumi Island. Your primary focus will be on guest satisfaction, staff management, financial performance, and maintaining the highest standards of service and hospitality. Key Responsibilities: Guest Services: Ensure guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable stay. Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage resort staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams. Operations Oversight: Oversee day-to-day resort operations, including reservations, check-in/check-out, housekeeping, and maintenance. Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests, ensuring quick and satisfactory resolutions. Financial Management: Monitor and manage budgets, revenue, expenses, and profitability. Quality Control: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, service quality, and guest satisfaction. Marketing and Sales: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the resort and drive bookings. Inventory Management: Ensure proper management of resort inventory, including food and beverage supplies. Health and Safety: Implement and enforce safety and security protocols for guests and staff. Reporting: Prepare regular reports for management, including financial performance and guest satisfaction. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in resort or hotel management. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Financial acumen and budget management skills. Knowledge of hospitality software and reservation systems. Customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Willingness to reside on Mousumi Island.
