Designation : Executive Assistant cum Operation Executive
Job Description : Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements. Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and coordination. Assist in the organization and execution of events, workshops, and seminars hosted by the center. Manage office operations, including procurement of supplies, facilities maintenance, and inventory management. Handle day-to-day operational tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required by the management. Coordinate with HR for recruitment processes, onboarding new hires, and maintaining employee records. Support in the implementation and maintenance of administrative policies and procedures. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Operations Executive, preferably in a healthcare or nonprofit organization. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a professional demeanor. Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software applications. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Sensitivity and understanding of issues related to autism and developmental disorders would be an advantage.
