Designation : Pre Sales Executive
Job Description : Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding property inquiries. Generate and qualify leads from various marketing channels. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable projects. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients. Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested customers. Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers to clients. Update customer information and lead status in CRM software. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion. Achieve monthly lead generation and site visit targets. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. Address customer queries promptly and professionally. Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Required Skills Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong convincing and negotiation abilities. Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Customer-focused approach and positive attitude. Qualification Graduate in any discipline. 1-3 years of experience in Real Estate Pre-Sales, Telecalling, or Customer Relationship roles preferred.
