Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Export Sales Executive to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in export sales, particularly in raw materials, steel, or related products. This role requires excellent communication skills, knowledge of international trade practices, and the ability to establish and manage relationships with global clients. Key Responsibilities: Export Sales Management: Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets. Drive export sales for raw materials, steel, and related products to achieve revenue targets. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with international clients. Client Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients globally. Address client queries, provide product details, and ensure a seamless sales experience. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct research to identify emerging markets and industry trends. Analyze competitor activities to strategize market positioning. Documentation and Compliance: Manage export documentation, including invoices, shipping documents, and customs declarations. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies. Coordination with Internal Teams: Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order execution and delivery. Provide feedback from international clients to help improve product offerings and services. Eligibility Criteria: Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Business or International Trade). Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in export sales, specifically dealing with raw materials, steel, or related products. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with international trade practices, export documentation, and global steel markets. Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of export documentation and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Fluency in English; additional language skills will be an advantage.
