Designation : Executive Assistance to CEO

Job Description : Emami Realty Limited is seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to the CEO. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of executive support tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be exceedingly well-organized, flexible, and enjoy the challenges of supporting a fast-paced executive environment. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing the executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence. Communication Management: Act as a primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and information flow. Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Travel Arrangements: Arrange detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas for the CEO. Document Preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. Project Management: Assist the CEO in managing various projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and adherence to company standards. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality. Office Management: Oversee office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment. Support to Senior Management: Provide support to other senior management members as required. Qualifications and Skills: Experience: 4-6 years of experience in an executive assistant role, preferably in a real estate or corporate environment. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity tools. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
