We specialize in providing a wide range of food products for the hospitality, retail, and foodservice sectors. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Horeca Sales Manager to join our team and help us achieve greater success. Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the Horeca (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering) sector. Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key Horeca clients in the Kolkata region. Manage and expand the company's customer base, focusing on acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones. Conduct regular visits to hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses to promote and sell the company’s food products. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Monitor and analyze sales performance, track customer feedback, and provide regular reports to the senior management team. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and product offerings tailored for the Horeca segment. Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity, adjusting sales strategies accordingly. Provide product training and support to customers, ensuring they are fully informed about the company’s offerings. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Eligibility Criteria: Education: Graduate (Any stream). Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role with any food products company, specifically in the Horeca sector. Skills: Strong knowledge of the Horeca industry and foodservice market dynamics. Excellent sales and negotiation skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Result-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Good understanding of food product offerings and their application in the Horeca industry. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Personality Traits: Self-motivated with a passion for sales. Ability to work independently and in a team. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
