Job Description : ACE Rooms Ltd. is looking for experienced and customer-focused professionals to join our operations team. The ideal candidates should have prior experience in the Travel Industry or Hotel Reservations, preferably handling the UK market. Candidates from ICSE or CBSE schooling backgrounds with excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be preferred. Key Responsibilities: Manage hotel reservations and travel operations efficiently. Handle customer queries and booking requests from the UK market. Coordinate with hotels, travel partners, and clients to ensure smooth operations. Maintain high service standards and timely communication. Resolve customer issues professionally and promptly. Eligibility & Requirements: Graduate with 2+ years of experience in travel operations or hotel reservations. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Smart, well-spoken, and committed professionals with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office and reservation management tools will be an added advantage.
